We gladly accept returns of unworn and unaltered merchandise within 1 day from the date of delivery (as acknowledged by the shipping provider).
You may select one or two ways to receive your refund:
You will return the item purchased, and 60% of your initial payment for the merchandise will be made available to the account details you will provide (the 40% balance is as a result of expenses already incurred/about to incur in the process)
The monetary value of your initial cancelled order (60% of the unsatisfied delivery) will be used to offset your next order.
Please be informed that we do not offer exchanges of your displeased order for any other or so other that is available with you. If you are not satisfied with your garment(s), please return your item(s) and place a new order in line with our return policy & feel free to mention any changes that we should take into account from your previous order.
